人物介绍:岭南太狩.辉少  英文ID:PhDCg  

从Java 1.4版本的时代,用Swing写小游戏,到之后的As3页游时代,然后进入Cocos2d-iPhone移动端开发。而Unity开发屈指一算已有3年时间了。致力于3D游戏图形渲染与游戏产品开发。喜欢微积分高等数学,喜欢玩DOTA。

纳金网:您现在开发的是哪一款的游戏? 在里面是担任什么职位呢?
目前开发一款Top-down 视角的ARPG手游。担任核心技术管理职位。

纳金网:这款游戏开发了多久? 何时会上市?
这款游戏今年年底会上市,已经开发了七个多月。

纳金网:目前开发的这款游戏最大亮点是什么?
这款游戏副本玩法多样性,多角色技能战斗的爽快体验,专业的美术水准。

纳金网:这款游戏的难度会很高吗?还是说稍微有一点动作游戏基础的玩家都能轻松上手?
属于中度游戏,难度适中。非虚拟摇杆操作,一般玩家都能轻松上手。

纳金网:您自己如何评价这款游戏呢?
这款游戏充分从玩家的角度设计,题材的选用,专业的制作团队,精心打造,可玩性,美学性,震撼性,易玩性,倾注了大量人力,财力。敬请等待。

纳金网:谈谈团队合作在游戏开发的重要性
团队合作对游戏开发相当的重要,团队是最宝贵的资产,团队合作开发需要open的管理,大度一些,宽松一些,工作上多一些认真,事情上多一些较真,为人上少一些计较。谁多做,谁少做,计较别人少做却收入比自己高,这样极容易怠工心理不平衡。给团队带来负面情绪,内讧抬杠推诿,项目会在一种非常差的环境中缓慢进展,隐患无穷,结局堪忧。管理者,切不可高高在上,把自己视为无所不知的神,应该谦卑的如个服务生,鼓舞士气,带领团队不断前进。

纳金网:您如何评价Unity这款引擎?
Unity这款引擎让生活变得更轻松,适用于各种类型游戏开发,跨平台发布更是它的强大之处。虽然引擎也有坑,但瑕不掩瑜

纳金网:您用过UDK吗? 或是其他的游戏引擎? 评价如何?
UDK安装环境需求,搭建流程比较繁琐,不如Unity这样容易。其它游戏引擎比如Cocos2d-Iphone,dEngine这些纯源码的引擎,缺少强大的工具辅助,程序代码级控制性比较强,制作过程比较纠结。

纳金网:开发这款游戏的过程中最难忘的经验是?
使用了FMOD音乐插件,某个版本在iOS编译时,链接报错,而其它平台的库均没问题,纠结了好几天,去官方论坛也没找到答案。写邮件到官方咨询,久久没有回复,后来看到有新版本发布,便更新了版本,iOS这个问题也消失了。估计出问题的iOS的类库是debug版本。一周后官方回复是更新版本试试。

纳金网:谈谈小型工作室或是个人开发者在目前环境中的情况?
小型工作室和个人开发者是有所区别的,前者需要养活一个团队哪怕只有三五人,后者属于个人吃饱团队不饿。相比较,小型工作室因为粮草的问题急躁一些,做事追求速度,许多本该要花时间与心思去设计架构的,却为了活命,七拼八凑做出个DEMO,然后拿到三个月粮草,要做一个七八月周期的项目,很苦很累拼进度,自己为自己挖坑,到后期要么人心散了离职了,要么就是工程实在难以再扩展,性能问题是永远的痛。个人开发者,主要看个人心态。若不以吃饭为首要任务,完全能够打磨出许多精品,但压力太大,太孤独。久了心态容易出问题。个人开发者,出名之后,要么被大公司收编,要么拉倒投资,做公司。选择自由职业的少之甚少。

纳金网:您给个人开发者的建议是什么?
选择个人开发者这条道路,一般来说,一年之内不要因生计问题而有压力。若财务状况不好,且缓慢这个计划。个人开发者一般是有理想,有想法的人,有自己的追求方向。但容易孤单,封闭。因而多交流,多结识朋友,让动力源源不断填补空虚。

纳金网:对于开发者来说,您觉得那个游戏推广平台对他们是最有利的?
在渠道平台为王的时代,开发者是弱势群体,无论是分成,还是版金,都是那句老话店大欺客。大的渠道平台,用户多,但有无数款类似产品,诸多的开发者,在这里很难得到资源优势,竞争压力大,平台一上,差不多就自生自灭。中小的渠道平台,用户虽小,但产品少,若被代理,产品品质不至于太差,冒尖的机会相对而言要大得多。

纳金网:您觉得小游戏或是快速开发的游戏,例如Flappy Bird这类的,是否会在短时间内继续吸引用户?
小游戏会在短时间内吸引大量的用户,口碑相传,单纯来说,从游戏可玩性上挺高,但耐玩性不高。若没有后续版本推出,玩家容易放弃这款游戏。作为游戏开发者,我比较抵触所谓的快速开发游戏,制造垃圾产品是一种罪过。

纳金网:您对Unity插件的看法如何? 最近一些热门的插件频繁的更新,是否会造成开发者的困扰?
Unity插件帮助开发某些问题提供了解决方案。热门插件频繁更新,一是由于Unity引擎本身版本更新比较快速。二是或许出于保护自身利益的考量,若是功能更新升级,功能添加的更新,对开发者来说还能接受,若仅仅是修复上个版本的Bug.这是相当不负责任的。

纳金网:您平时不工作时都喜欢做些什么事情呢?
看电影,看书,玩游戏,或者去海边骑车

纳金网:最后对纳金网的会员与开发者说点什么吧?
纳金网这平台,对海内外开发者有莫大的帮助,当初来到纳金网就已经觉得离不开了,不论是这里丰富多样的资源,还是众多的开发群体汇聚在一起,这个平台带给了我们许多,让我们觉得一切都是那么舒服,享受。热心的版主,管理人员,诚恳,专业,负责。他们辛勤的杰出工作,让我感到敬佩。作为Unity的使用者,受益者,在一个好的平台下,通过自我的努力,不仅学到了许多,而且一定能做出许多优秀的产品。

Huishao has started with Java 1.4 version of the times written in Swing games, until as3 web game, into cocos2d-iphone mobile game, developed Unity over three years. He has focused on 3D game graphics rendering and gaming product development, likes calculus mathematics and playing DOTA.

Q : Which game are you developing now? What position do you hold?
A : I am developing the ARPG Mobile Game of Top-down. I served as the core technology management position.

Q : How long has this game been developed? When does it come in?
A : This game will be published at the end of this year, it has been developed more than seven months.

Q : What is the highlight of this game?
A : This game has many play rules, nice experience of Multi-role skill combat and professional art standards.

Q : The game play is difficult? Or is it just a little action game based players can easilyget started?
A : The game is of medium difficulty. Non - virtual joystick operation, usually the playercan easily get started.

Q : How would you rate the game about?
A :  he game fully from the view the player design, carefully crafted,playability, aesthetics and shocking, easy to play and invest a lot of staff and budget, is a excellent game of worth waiting for.

Q : please talk about the importance of teamwork in game development
A : Team game development of considerable importance, the team is the most valuable asset, teamwork development needed open management, work more seriously, and things more seriously, were less seriously. Who do, who do less, care about other people doing less income than his own, and so very easy to do the psychological imbalance.
Bring negativity to the team, contradicting infighting shuffle, the project would slow progress in a very poor environment, risks an infinite end worrying.Managers need to encourage employees to lead the team forward.

Q : How do you evaluate the Unity engine?
A : Unity engine makes game easier, apply to all types of game development, cross-platform publishing is its strong point.

Q : Have you used UDK or other game engines? What do you think about them?
A : UDK isn’t easier than Unity on the installation environment and build process. Other game engines, such as Cocos2d-iPhone, and other open source engines, are lack of powerful tools to assist, and the control of program code level is strong. So the production process is cumbersome.

Q : What is the most unforgettable experience in the process of game development?
A : With using a version of the FMOD music plug-in, it appeared link error in iOS compile time. everything was all right elsewhere. Therefore I was agonizing for several days, and did not find the answer on the official forum and receive a reply from the email I had sent. Finally, the problem was settled after I updated the original version. Maybe the wrong iOS library is a debug version. I also received the official reply, which advised me to update the version.

Q : Please say something about the condition of SOHO and indie developers
A : SOHO and indie developers are different. The former needs to support a team, the latter just needs to feed their own. SOHO often speed less time finishing more DEMO, in order to earn more money. So all the developers are very tired, even resign.
For indie developers, it’s mainly to see the individual mentality. They are able to make many good works if no worry of food and clothing. But they are too stressed and lonely, and mentality can easily go wrong. After indie developers become famous, they either get an offer from big companies, or set up their own business by investing. Freelancers are few.

Q : What is the advice you give to indie developers?
A : If you choose this way, generally speaking, don’t put pressure on yourself for the livelihood within a year. If your financial standing is not good, you can slow down the plan. Indie developers generally have dream, ideas and goals, but they are also lonely and closed. They should go out and make more new friends to keep momentum and fill the emptiness.

Q : Which game promotion platform is the most favorable to developers?
A : In the age of channel platform ahead of developers are vulnerable groups, large channel platform user, but there is no similar product, many developers, here it's hard to get resources, small channel platform users are small, but little,if by proxy, the product quality is not too bad, relatively speaking is much greater chance of success.

Q : Will small games or the games developed rapidly continue to attract users in a short time, such as Flappy Bird and others?
A : The small games will attract a large number of users in a short time. Simply speaking, The small games are easy to play but not lasting playable. Players will give up the game if there is no follow-up version. As a game developer, I resist the rapid development of games, making spam rating games is a serious mistake.

Q : What do you think of the Unity assets? Some popular assets update frequently. Does it trouble Unity developers?
A: Unity assets provides a solution to help developer. Popular assets updated frequently is because of the Unity engine has been updated more quickly. Is out to protect their own interests, and feature upgrades, functionality updates for developers would be acceptable, if only repair Bug last version, it's pretty irresponsible.

Q : What are your leisure activities after work?
A : Go movie, read a book, play games, or go to the beach to ride.

Q : Finally, please say something with the members of Narkii
